Дополнительная информация: Supporting sales and marketing activities of the Measuring Tools Division (MTD) in Greater Russia region you should excel in the following:
Actively participating in developing and implementing the DISTO strategy for the corresponding region
Identifying, developing and implementing distribution channels in new segments of the market
Managing Key Accounts in the region in co-ordination with the Country Manager
Developing and implementing marketing activities for the region under supervision of the Regional Marketing Manager
Networking with all the branches of MTD team
For this challenging and multi-faceted role you ideally hold the following qualifications:
Strong commercial and sales background and technical understanding
Higher education (university)
Related experience in a leading position in Russian or Eastern European environment and
selling products through large wholesalers or resellers
Track record in business development, successful dealer manager
Comprehensive knowledge of sales and distribution channels into the tools, building, surveying, construction & associated trade industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with a hands-on mentality
Able and comfortable to work in remote team and willing to travel
Fluency in Russian and good command in English (spoken and written); other Slavic languages are an asset.
