BlackBridge is looking for a Regional Manager for the Russia and CIS area, as part of the Sales Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting the market for BlackBridge products and services in Russia and the CIS. The successful candidate will be accountable for establishing long-term sales partnerships and exceeding revenue goals. The individual will develop and maintain a sales plan and ensure that the outcome is in alignment with objectives of the business as defined by the Executive Management.
Preferred start date would be in March 2014. The deadline for submission of applications is February 29, 2014.

BlackBridge is focused on providing end to end solutions across the geospatial value chain. These include satellite operations, ground station services, data center and geocloud solutions, and worldwide satellite imagery distribution through over 100 BlackBridge partners, combined with the creation of value added products and services.
Responsibilities and key accountabilities:
- Develop, manage and support BlackBridge’s partner network in the region
- Facilitate communications and relations between partners and BlackBridge
- Initiate business development activities to create new market opportunities and support major BlackBridge initiatives
- Develop new programs and initiatives with partners to increase sales
- Coordinate with BlackBridge staff for program and product implementation
- Support partners in developing key business relationships
- Assure partner forecasting and planning activities are accurate and timely
- Represent BlackBridge at partner- and commercial functions
- Track and report competitive activities, pricing and market trends
- Directly report to the Vice President of International Sales
